Work through download, installation, activation and sign-in in order. The guidance here is introductory; company-specific access and deployment instructions come from your administrator.
Your setup checklist.
Have the right computer, account and company information ready.
Install with the appropriate permission
Follow the installer prompts and your company’s computer policy. Stop at an unexpected security warning and seek guidance rather than turning protection off.
Activate the intended company
Enter the activation information provided by your administrator. Confirm the organization before proceeding to sign-in.
Sign in and review your access
Use your assigned account. If the company workspace cannot be reached, record the message and contact the administrator responsible for that environment.
Common situations.
I downloaded the installer but cannot sign in.
An installer does not create a company account. Confirm activation and credentials with your administrator, and check that the company service is reachable.
I do not have company activation information.
Ask your company administrator. This public website does not issue company activation credentials.
The download verification message reports an error.
Try a current browser on a trusted internet connection and retry the check. If the message persists, share the wording with your administrator; no installer is selected when verification fails.
Can I use the desktop app without internet?
Connected company services require a reachable company environment. This website does not advertise or guarantee offline business workflows. Confirm any specific offline requirements with your administrator.
How should I report a problem?
Include the application version, Windows system type, approximate time and exact message. Remove passwords, tokens, activation secrets and private business data from screenshots before sharing.

On Windows, Get-FileHash can calculate the SHA-256 of a downloaded file. Replace the sample path with the exact installer path. This reads the file; it does not run the installer. The result should match the value on the download page.
